Let’s Get Brewing

I am working on a class project to help create a larger following for a web series called “What’s On Tap with Sara”. Sara Bozich is a local reporter and host of the web series. Sara writes for Penn Live and many of her articles can be found around the area of Harrisburg. As a Corporate Communications major, I have attained some useful skills that will allow me to complete this final project to the best of my ability. The elements from my Communications Degree that I will use to complete my final project are the skill of marketing and research, advertising and the overall ability to communicate.

I feel that these skills will help me complete my final project because my final project requires certain specific areas of communication expertise. The ability to communicate will help because the project requires everyone to communicate back and forth as a group. Also, as an individual member of the group, members need to understand me fully and communication is one of the keys.

In addition, my ability to market and advertise will be in effect for this project because we are trying to expand “What’s On Tap with Sara” exposures to a larger audience. The ability to research data on how to gain public interest and loyalty will be vital to gaining fans to this web series. After the information and data is collected it is essential to the final project to plan a strategic plan so we can advertise and market to the correct audiences to gain a new fan base that will be interested in “What’s On Tap with Sara”.

IT’s Not Safe To Say This

It’s not safe to say this, but let’s just think it…
Always running from it, but never knowing when to stop…
Your heart ❤❤beats faster, but you’ll never stop
Zooming pass things every time…there’s goes logic 💡and emotion 💔too
No time for self-reflection who’s always dooming you 👈
Too much self doubt that fire always burns the hottest 🔥
Jealously 💚💚always manages to creep up never giving me a break trying to be the one that always takes
“Thy faith” is always being tested, but surely it stands it ground 💪💪strongly with loyalty always sticking around 🔒
I’m not sure how to describe this race I’m running 🏃🏃🏃
I zig and I zag, but yet to no avail is life one big ship with no sail🚣?
Thoughts seemed jumbled ideas misconstrued always being taken as rude⚠
Love is so heartless 😒 to say the least never truly having real peace ✌
But it’s not safe to say this anymore just to see if you can shut that door.🚪

When I First Was Bitten by the Bug

Traveling is such a huge passion of mine. Once bitten by the travel bug in high school as a French learning student in class. Learning French in class created a opportunity to travel aboard for a week in a half for the first time ever. This first time trip to Paris, France allowed me to open my eyes to two loves. One was a love for Paris and the other a love for traveling. This love of traveling again has struck me again. I was then introduced to a new study aboard program offered by Central Penn College. This program offered students seven weeks in a foreign country. Of course work was offered, but nothing a college student couldn’t handle. So this program sounded like an awesome idea for students.
I was on board. We went to Australia that year and the students and I were amazed by the great people and beautiful sites that Australia had to offer. Traveling is something that can be used to open caged minds to great cultures and expose minds to beautiful sites. My love of writing and traveling share one thing on common to experience something new. I recently took advantage of the study aboard program again at Central Penn College (this time it was Croatia) for seven weeks. The joy and excitement I seen on the first time travelers (I was the only returning student) to the places we visited reminded me of my very first time I was bitten by the bug. Just by traveling to a new country students were exposed to great artwork, culture, and just a whole new understanding of love.

WHY IS LINKED IN IMPORTANT ?

LinkedIn is very important because of many different reasons. Not only does the world get to see your business credentials, but you also can make great connections. As a first time user of LinkedIn, I can quote myself saying and truly believing “what a great website”. I feel that I was a step behind people in the corporate world and now I can say that since my use of this site it has balanced field again. This LinkedIn account offers so many great things to users worldwide. With so many people looking for steady jobs and connections to further their own personal careers this website offers those answers. As a first time user, I thought this website of something like a corporate world meets the internet type of thing. I felt this way because of how LinkedIn offers so many advantages to potential users trying to find opportunities in an ever-changing business world.

Another great asset of this website is that it is user friendly and can be accessed anywhere because of the mobile app. This allows users to sign on anywhere and quickly update current information need be. In addition, the user friendliness of LinkedIn keeps it very simple, which in this case is a great thing on this website. Therefore, users can understand and comprehend the website for a long period. So if you were to ask me the importance of LinkedIn I would say it’s because of the great connections you can make with the ability to find your next great career.
